Rev'd Richard Johnson — Apr 1, 2020

This season of enforced downtime is an opportunity to reflect on going deeper in faith, and St John's Theological College is still offering Christian education online.

The next paper is the Gospel of Luke, which begins on Monday May 4, weekly until June 22, from 7pm to 9pm. I have attached the course outline. A lot of us took part in the New Testament series last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. There are two options - For Credit, which means an academic course, with assignments, or Audit, which means for interest only.

The course is run via Zoom, which many of us are already using, and can be downloaded free.

You can now register online, easily and simply. Go to https://www.stjohnscollege.ac.nz/#/regional-programmes/ and scroll down to find the links to registering.

These programmes are free and are a wonderful gift to the church. You also are able to join the awesome Kinder Library at St John's, who will courier books to you.

Another great thing about this is being part of a learning community throughout New Zealand, not to mention our diocese.

With all God's blessings in Christ,
