Some photographs that have been shared with us from around the diocese this Holy Week and Easter...
Above: Pinky is baptised, Rev'd Michael Holdaway writes: Dawn Easter baptism, Broad Bay: it was cold dark and wet but wonderful. God's grace, Holy Spirit came as a surge , a wave a very special time.
A picture says a Thousand Words...
.. and this Easter we have some that have been shared with us.
Check out the photo gallery for more, but here are some highlights.
Palm Sunday
Dunedin North Parish always do this in Style as they start a Palm Sunday Procession at Selwyn College and circle through the campus towards Cumberland Street, ending up at All Saints Church.
Vicar General Jan Clark writes: The St Margaret's Church family have greeted the risen Christ at Sunrise on Brighton Beach on Easter morning for the last 10 or 12 years. We then go back to the church for communion and breakfast. This year the river has taken over most of the access to the beach and it was a "bring your umbrella" kind of morning.
