Faith Communities and Diocesan Organisations Returns for 2024-25

This year we are trying out an electronic (survey) version for faith communities to complete. We have sent hard copies of this to our contact people in faith communities and other organisations. Get in touch if you need some help with anything.

We have given you the option this year of competing your statistical returns on-line (see link above). You may like to gather this on a paper copy (which is being sent to all faith communities) or print out and complete the forms below to send back to us.

Below are attached Word and .pdf electronic versions of:

  • The memo posted out to Parishes-Churches and Diocesan Organisations.

  • The Parishes (and Local Churches) Members of Governing Bodies (2025) annual return form. Please note: this return records officers elected at your 2025 AGM. This return is not able to be completed electronically.

  • Statistical Return form that covers January 2024 - December 2024. This includes an Employee and Volunteers Annual Return for this time period. This form is the one that can be completed electronically.

  • The Diocesan Organisation Annual returns for 2024 and memo.
