Celebrate the Season at Our Christingle Service & Family Christmas Party!

Mark your calendar for a joyful Diocesan Christingle Service and Family Christmas Party on Sunday, December 8, 2024! Bring family and friends to celebrate the season and enjoy festive fun for all ages.

Join us for a magical Christingle Service—a beloved tradition that shines a light on the true meaning of Christmas. During the service, we'll explore the story of Jesus as the Light of the World using symbolic Christingles made with oranges, candles, sweets, and red ribbons. Each part of the Christingle holds special meaning, helping us reflect on hope, peace, and the gift of Jesus. It’s a beautiful, sensory experience perfect for children, families, and individuals of all ages.

Throughout the service, we’ll sing your favourite Christmas carols, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere to get everyone into the holiday spirit. Whether you're new to Christingle or have celebrated it before, this service offers a wonderful way to pause, reflect, and connect with others during the busy Christmas season.

After the Service: Family Christmas Party!
The holiday fun doesn’t end with the service—everyone is invited to our Family Christmas Party! We’ll have plenty of delicious food, festive treats, and a special area for children to enjoy. There will be games, Christmas crafts, and activities, plus a few surprises that are sure to bring smiles to young and old alike. It’s the perfect chance to celebrate with friends and neighbours, meet new faces, and create joyful memories together.

Whether you come alone, with family, or with a group of friends, you’ll find a welcoming community and a spirit of celebration waiting for you.
