Recently Community Finance, a scheme to allow people on low incomes to access a low interest low with no fees that is being administered by Presbyterian Support Otago, is now operating out of the South Dunedin Family Works office as well as in their base in Oamaru. .

A training opportunity is taking place at St Mark's Anglican Church in Balclutha on Saturday 23 November to encourage the development of Local Houses of Prayer.

The panel has finished meeting with people who have requested a face to face submission and are continuing to plan for the Diocesan Hui for all Synod members on Saturday 2 November. Separate information on the Hui has been sent to Synod representatives.

This October the Presbyterian Church is running a Safety Warrant of Fitness for Children and Youth Leaders in Invercargill.

The Anglican Tikanga Youth Exchange is coming up in the beginning of December. If you are a young person over the age of 16 and are interested in attending this exchange keep reading.
