It has been a great opportunity for me to relieve as Principal over the past six months. As such, I would like to thank the Senior Executive, Head Teachers, Teaching and non-teaching staff for their support and commitment

Term 4 has certainly been very busy for all our students and staff, with on-going assessments, academic reports and planning for 2023. 

Congratulations to the Class of 2022. Now with HSC examinations completed, we eagerly wait to celebrate these results and look forward to hearing of their next steps. Many students have already received early offers, which has eased some anxiety, however, I’m sure they will have many more propositions after their results arrive. We wish all year 12 students the best of luck as they move on to their next journey and congratulations to those who have already received early offers to University, some of which include Macquarie University, Sydney University, University of Technology and National Arts School.

A big congratulations to Sam O’Donnell, who’s Visual Arts major work was selected for Art Express.

The end of year is close with many celebrations still underway. It was great to have Presentation Day back at the Seymore Centre. A big Thankyou to Ms Kapeliotis and her team for organising this event each year. School picnics will be held on Thursday 15th and Friday 16th December. Students and staff will be going to Andrew ‘Boy’ Charlton Swim centre and Clovelly beach. Students are invited to attend both days and are advised to bring additional snacks, drink bottles, hats and sunscreen to be well prepared for the weather conditions.

Finally, I would like to wish all students, parents and carers a Merry Christmas and a safe, restful break. School resumes on Friday 27th January for students in years 7, 11 and 12 and Monday 30th of January for students in years 8,9 & 10.
