Year 7, 8 and 9 Participate in Check-In Assessment
Students in Years 7, 8, and 9 have taken part in a reading and numeracy Check-in assessment.
The Check-in assessment is a NSW Department of Education online reading and numeracy assessment program, that allows all public schools to evaluate and monitor student learning.
It is designed to provide teachers with consistent and up-to-date information about students' skills and abilities in literacy and numeracy, whilst also identifying students who may be experiencing difficulties in the classroom.
The information obtained through these assessments will help inform targeted teaching and learning strategies.
