R U OK Day reminds us that it is important to check in on friends and family and ask Are you ok?
To acknowledge this day, students and teachers had a great time participating in an R U Ok Day friendly Volleyball Tournament. Here are some images of the fun afternoon.
R U Ok Day is dedicated to reminding everyone that any day is the day to ask, 'are you OK?' and support those struggling with their mental health.
You don't need to be an expert to reach out - just a good friend and a great listener.
