Under 15s NSW Basketball Tournament

It is through events like the U15 NSW Basketball Tournament that students learn the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, and striving for excellence. Congratulations to all the participants for their outstanding efforts!

On Tuesday, 29 August and Wednesday, 30 August, students from Dulwich High School of Visual Arts and Design showcased their basketball skills in the U15 NSW Basketball Tournament. This thrilling event took place at Kevin Betts Stadium in Mount Druitt and Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre.

Dulwich High School of Visual Arts & Design entered two teams, with one team playing on Tuesday and the other on Wednesday. Each team played three games, competing against Plumpton High School, Penrith Anglican College, Chatham High School, Mater Maria Catholic College, Edmund Rice College, and Emanuel School. The competition was fierce, and the skill level of the players was remarkably high.

The members of the teams demonstrated exceptional talent and dedication. They include: Sinclair B, Owen K, Leonardo A, Jonah W, Teo N, Harvey L, Eddie H, Leo G, Noah H, Luke A, Edwin B P, Emani J, Dylan L, Cooper E, Lachie C, Arlo R, and Roko M W.

A big thank you to Coach Ben Ross for training the students prior to the tournament and assistant coach Year 11 student Luke G for helping on the day.
