The Dulwich High School Concert Band participated in the inaugural Inner West Band Fest held at Canterbury Girl High School on the 6 March.

The day consisted of rehearsals for an upcoming performance with the Canterbury Girls Concert Band, and a demonstration for Canterbury Girls Year 7 cohort.

The combined ensemble of nearly 50 students played challenging pieces such as The Greatest Show and a large ensemble arrangement of Amazing Grace. During the instrument demonstration for the Year 7 cohort they played popular numbers such as The Imperial March from Star Wars and the Kahoot theme.

The band will perform at Canterbury Girls High School Winterfest on the 29 June.
