Free Online program: Think Eat and Move

This amazing program helps 13 – 17 year olds live well by forming healthy eating and physical activity habits.

Think, Eat and Move provides guidance, resources and solutions to help teenagers lead a healthier lifestyle. The program includes phone-based health coaching, useful tips, tools, physical resources and weekly interactive learning sessions. See more details below:

● Free for eligible 13-17 year olds

● Runs for 8 weeks

● Completely online

● 1 phone call from a dietician/nutritionist every week

● 1 online module to watch every week in their own time

● Teenagers and parents/carers learn about healthy eating, physical activity and how little changes are the key to success.

● Free resources, like a Garmin Vivofit are sent out to keep teenagers motivated!
