Introducing our new Head Teacher of Wellbeing, Ms Bean
Ms Bean, Head Teacher Wellbeing - May 29, 2023
It is with great pleasure that I introduce myself as Dulwich High School of Visual Arts and Design’s new Head Teacher of Wellbeing. My name is Melissa Bean, and I bring with me over 20 years of experience in public education.
Most recently I held the position of Wellbeing Coordinator at Marrickville High School and prior to that, I was Head Teacher Wellbeing at Riverside Girls High School. I have been an active member on Wellbeing and Learning and Support teams for over 15 years and I am also a highly experienced Visual Arts teacher.
I am excited to join the Dulwich High School of Visual Arts and Design community and look forward to working collaboratively with students, parents, and staff to promote wellbeing and to foster positive learning outcomes.
