In Week 7, the full Year 7 cohort participated in the annual Year 7 Gala Day.

This is an event hosted by all schools in the Bligh Zone, that involves each school running a tournament in a different sport. Students were given the opportunity to select from a range of sports and compete against students form other schools for the day. 

A special congratulations to the DHSVAD European handball team 1 who were the over-all champions for their event, narrowly beating Balmain on the day!
