There are a number of key requirements with as-built drainage plans.

These include showing the site plan of the section, including the street/road names, north point, and where the drains are located and their measurements. The plan must also be drawn to scale.   

This information assists with retrieving the most up to date plan in particular for LIMs and drainage property searches.
