Biodiversity Fund – September 2021 round
The March 2021 round was another bumper round for the fund with 20 applications, 13 from first-time applicants. The round was fully allocated ($40,000) with 17 out of the 20 applications being fully or partially funded.
The Biodiversity Fund provides grants for materials to support native planting projects, trapping and weed control, and fencing of important areas for indigenous biodiversity.
All fund details including how to apply are available on the DCC website. Any landowner or community group keen to make a difference to biodiversity in our city is encouraged to apply.
