Most building applications, notifications and building inspection or code compliance certificate-related information can be sent to us using our website portal. 

We still accept paper copies, but these then need to be digitised before processing work can begin - adding extra time and cost to your project.

Please don't email information directly to individual staff, as they may not see it immediately - which can also cause delays.
