Signs associated with specified systems 1-13 must be included as part of the building consent application.

This requirement relates to signage for the safe operation or inspection and maintenance of the specified system.

Any signage for a specified system 1-13 must be included on a compliance schedule, which means building consent applications must include a completed SS 14.2 form (Signs for Systems 1-13) listing the relevant signs. 

Without this form your building consent application will be suspended until the information has been supplied. 

We need to know, the make (what system the sign is for), model (system instructions), and location (where to find the sign).

The list is not a comprehensive list, there may be other signs relevant to the specified system that should be included.
