OCTACAN Save the Date

When organisations connect to strengthen and leverage off each other’s work, our community, whanau, and individuals benefit. It has been a privilege for Presbyterian Support Otago to respond to referrals from other organisations and groups for people who need social work support, financial mentoring, and food parcels from our Family Works Foodbank.

We are in the lead up to OCTACAN – our key annual drive which restocks our critically low food supplies – and we need your help!

Join in the fun on Thursday, 22 June in the Octagon. Tell your friends and colleagues. Bring a can of food and help us help others.

Football fever is set to hit Dunedin in July this year with the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ being hosted in New Zealand and Australia. The largest female sporting event in the world, this tournament is one of firsts – the first to be co-hosted, the first with 32 teams, the first in the Southern Hemisphere, and the first hosted across two confederations. As a city we’ve got two awesome opportunities for you or your community group to showcase your event to football fans from around the globe! You can help showcase the City to fans at the official FIFA Fan Festival or by running your own event during tournament time!
