The Dunedin City Council is holding an information evening on Tuesday 2 August on recent changes to the District Plan made through Variation 2 (decisions from hearings 1-3).

This includes where more development has been enabled and new rules that apply to areas where intensification is provided for. The presentation will also cover the status of Variation 2 provisions and the effect of appeals.
