OAR FM Survey

OAR is currently running a survey on how people use the oar.org.nz website. The information collected will ensure that they focus their efforts in the right areas as they go through the redevelopment process.

Whether you're an online listener to OAR FM content, list items on the community noticeboard, check the program schedule, or utilise the website in any way, OAR FM would greatly appreciate your input!

Your feedback will guide them in prioritising the features that will have the most significant impact.

Cosy Homes - EECA subsidy

Exciting news for Ōtepoti-Dunedin homeowners who have not previously claimed EECA subsidy for insulation and heating.

Whether this is the first time you’re thinking of applying or you didn’t qualify before, we encourage you to check, as Cosy Homes Trust now tops-up EECA’s subsidy in Dunedin decile 7 areas.

This means more people across Dunedin qualify for 100% free insulation and up to 90% heater grant.

Eligibility criteria:

• you own and live in your home
• your home was built before 2008, and does not have adequate insulation
• you either live in decile 7, 8, 9 or 10 areas or have a Community Services Card.

*To qualify for a heater grant, your home must be insulated first and not have a fixed heater already (e.g. heat pump, wood or pellet burner, flued gas heater of central heating system).

Our service providers can do a no obligation and no cost inspection to determine what you qualify for.
