This Inspiring Communities workshop will focus on useful approaches, processes and ideas for bringing and keeping groups and teams together, having conversations that really matter – and having FUN.
In this workshop you will discover:
· How to create cohesive groups that work well together.
· Practical tools and strategies for improving your skills as a facilitator.
· A range of approaches that build common agendas. How do you get everyone working from the same page?
· A variety of participation techniques for your toolkit. How do you successfully encourage participation?
· How to deal with difficult behaviours and conflict.
This workshop is full of simple ideas that you can immediately put into practice. A truly fun and engaging day.
