Our hourly charge out rates will remain the same until reviewed during the 2022/23 Annual Plan process.

This means consent processing, inspection and code compliance certificate fees will stay at the current rates until considered as part of the 2022/23 Annual Plan. 

The BCA levy will however slightly increase from $6.00 minimum fee to $9.00 from 1 July 2021.

As mentioned previously, we can no longer accept cheque payments due to changes introduced by banks.

There are a range of other ways you can pay us including: 

• direct debit
  
• direct credit or internet banking
• by eftpos or cash at a DCC Customer Services Centre or Post Shop
• credit card (surcharge may apply).
