Once a Biker by Peter Turnbull
Peter Turnbull is British copper extraordinaire.
He writes beautifully, his copper heroes so very English, his baddies dastardly.
He is a prolific writer and it is so good to find so many of his books in the large print section. In Once a Biker he investigates an historic murder supposedly committed by members of a motor bike gang, now all grown up and respectable.
There is drug running and gang hierarchy.
And of course the last page and another delicious ending. Well worth the read.
