The Harbour

Ruby Clarke —

As the sun rises

The harbour

reaches

out for it.

The sea serpent

lies,

it leaves a

mark of

Water.

And underwater

life thrives everywhere.

A shag swoops

down

to catch a fish

It leaves a ripple

as it flies away.

It’s body of

water

still on the earth

as the

Sun sets

to it’s cosy bed

The moon

wake up for the

night ahead.
