Autumn reviews this inspirational Australian renovation book.

Published by Murdoch Books.

The 'Three Birds' - Bonnie, Lana, and Erin - are suburban mums and long-time BFFs from Sydney. Together, they ditched the corporate 9-5 to pursue their house flipping/designing dreams.

This is the trio’s first book featuring stunning before and after shots of their home renovations, along with cost-cutting tips and plenty of styling inspiration. Their design style is notably light and airy, favouring a neutral palate, texturized with raw natural finishes and cleverly refined colour. They demonstrate a knack for finding the beauty within the bones of the spaces they remodel, transforming even the ugliest duckling in the neighbourhood into a beautiful swan.

They took the house flipping plunge in 2014 and have since amassed a strong following on social media platforms. So, if you often find yourself lusting over beautiful homes in glossy magazines, but struggle when it come to transforming your own, these ‘Birds’ - and this book - might have just the inspiration you’ve been looking for.
