His light hearted approach provides the reader with a lot of laughs and his story is entertaining from start to finish.

This is a useful book full of advice about what to do if you are feeling worried about your mental health. It covers issues from stress and anxiety to deep depression as well as providing information about common challenges including bullying, drugs and relationship break-ups.
