Dunedin Public Libraries | Kā Kete Wānaka o Ōtepoti

In this issue we celebrate the rising of the Matariki star cluster on 13th July by bringing you a great selection of reads and things to do with the whānau for the the midwinter season of wānaka (learning) and whanaukataka (community spirit). Bring the kids along to the libraries for the NZ International Science Festival: experiments, stories, movies, workshops and creativity. Visions for Dunedin is back with a multi-million dollar talk by Laurie Forbes, while photography secrets are exposed at Port Chalmers. We chat to Dave Pigeon author Swapna Haddow, and we've even got a quiz to feed your brain, while Dianne's Kitchen feeds your craving for pizza and banana loaf.
