August Sunday
A poem by Jasmine O M Taylor
August Sunday
Runnels
Released from winter’s cool vise grip
Rangy tendrils mingle
In white cirrus –
Rapture.
Sublime
Vapours, backlit,
Rise with the waking sun
And dance, toward icy heaven
In streams.
