Year 10 spent the day at The Southern Cross Hotel finding out about the hospitality industry.

Year 10 were lucky enough to spend the day finding out about aspects of the hospitality industry at the Southern Cross Hotel.  They learnt how to make beds, clean rooms and set tables correctly in the dining room.  Year 10 were also given the opportunity to hear about how a hotel functions and what other jobs there are in the tourism industry.
