East Otago High School Open Day
The Open Day held on Monday 17th August was enjoyed by all that attended.
On Monday 17th August East Otago High School hosted 47 students from Karitane, Waikouaiti, Palmerston, Macraes-Moonlight and Hampden primary schools. These students played multisport, built wooden spinning tops, made edible "sheep" with marshmallow wool, created music and tried their hand at a variety of Science experiments such as invisible writing. After lunch they watched performances from the Kapa Haka group, choir, and senior music students before heading back to their respective school.
The Open Evening had an amazing turn out of parents, and we thoroughly enjoyed showcasing our amazing school.
