Greetings from the Palmerston-Waihemo A & P Committee,
We would like to invite your school children's participation in our upcoming 'Your Town & Country Show' - Palmerston-Waihemo A & P Show for the 3rd & 4th February 2024. We have a Design a Poster for the Show competition, Garden & Gallery Childrens Competitions and a fantastic Talent Quest. As the Garden & Gallery Competition Annual is still being compiled for the 2024, I can't confirm whether the following will still be included but in the last show the Children's Garden & Gallery Competitions included Baking, Photography, decorated gumboot, Lego-make your own creation, Artwork, Sand Saucer, Painted Stone, Decorated T-Shirt and more. The Sections are divided into various age groups starting at Pre-school and going up to Teens (13-16).
Please find attached the Flyer for our Show and a flyer about the Design a Poster. Criteria for the poster is on the flyer. Names, age, school and contact details to be put on the back of the Poster. We hope that some of you will enter our Design A Poster Competition. Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places and Posters will be displayed around Palmerston Businesses.
