Year 11 Science Trip
The Year 11 Science class have been learning about how microorganisms are used to make fermented food products. As part of the assessment, the class visited the Evansdale Cheese Factory. Pablo Dennison (Cheese maker and owner) spoke to the students about his family’s cheese making business and answered all their questions about making different types of cheese. The students also really enjoyed tasting a large selection of different Evansdale cheese. A big thank you to Pablo for sharing his time and knowledge.
