East Otago High School Athletics
Students competed in the EOHS Athletics on Tuesday 23rd February.
Athletics day at EOHS was well supported this year and the students all looked like they enjoyed the day. A highlight was the tug of war at lunchtime where House Groups competed against each other.

Fipe Maire
Year 7 Girls Discus - 24.38m (Old record 2019 - 18.15m)
Year 7 Girls Shotput - 8.65m (Old record 2017 - 7.35m)
Deegan Croucher
U14 Girls Hammer Throw - 20.60m (Old record 2019 - 18.70m)
Abigail Paton
U16 Girls 1500m - 5:43.43 (Old record 2013 - 5:54.00)
U16 Girls Javelin - 29.87m (Old record 2019 - 22.36m)
Also congratulations to Kate James who equalled the EOHS U15 Girls High Jump record with a height of 1.40m
