Jacqueline Guile —

Students who enjoy subjects like history, social studies, english, art, humanities or languages can nurture their passions at our upcoming UC Arts holiday event:

Ararau UC | UC Possibilities
9am to 1pm, Thursday 28 April.

As the event is online this year, students can join us from anywhere in Aotearoa New Zealand to explore more than 25 subjects and 7 specialisations offered through a Bachelor of Arts (BA) at UC.

At this event, students will:

  • Learn about the difference between a BA with majors and minors and a specialisation.
  • Discover more about the specialisations available.
  • Explore subject options and pathways through the courses.
  • Hear about possible career pathways.
  • Ask our friendly team of advisors, staff and students any pressing questions.

The wide-ranging subjects available in a BA at UC include:

  • Art History and Theory
  • Chinese
  • Cinema Studies
  • Classics
  • Cultural Studies
