East Otago High School Community Careers Expo 2019

Jacqueline Guile —

The East Otago High School Community Careers Expo was well supported by all.

The East Otago High School Community Careers Expo took place on Wednesday 23rd October. Held in the D.G. Murray Hall, there was something for everyone as students, parents and members of the wider school community made use of the opportunity to talk to the experts and find out how to progress towards a chosen career pathway. For some, it was more a question of looking at career changes and what options are available, whether it be a trades or further education. Close to 40 exhibitors attended the event, providing our community with a wide selection of career pathways. Maniototo Area School brought 25 senior students to the expo which is held every second year. East Otago High School would like to thank the exhibitors for attending and helping to ensure our students and wider community are equipped with up-to-date information enabling them to make informed decisions for the future.
