With a number of teams competing each week we have the following results from the most recent games.

NETBALL

Tigers

Thursday 6th June, the team played Arthur Street Steel, they played a hard game unfortunately coming away with a loss 13-2, Addisyn Lawrence was Player of the Day.  Thanks to Traci Paton for driving the van.

Thursday 13th June vs DNI Red, coach Isabel Anderson said the game was a 'fast, even paced game' with the team playing hard to the last whistle resulting in a fantastic win 7-4, player of the day went to Ella Farrant.  Thanks to Linda Melvin for driving the van.

Wildcats

Thursday 6th June vs Fairfield School, a convincing 24-2 win by this well oiled team, player of the day went to Bri Harris.  Thanks to David Hunter for driving the van.

Thursday 13th June, the team played Bathgate Park School Hyenas, a closer game this week with the Wildcats coming out with a 14-11 win.  Player of the day was Jenna Clearwater.  Thanks to Sharon McCaw for driving the van.

Senior A

Saturday 8th June the Senior A team played Kavanagh College Senior B, unfortunately coming away with a 31-16 loss, player of the day went to Rylie Keach.

Saturday 15th June vs Taieri College Kowhai, a well contested game right to the last whistle narrowly missing out on the win by 24-23.  Player of the day was Kate McLelland.

Senior B

Saturday 8th June vs St Hilda's Sapphire, a convincing win of 27-15, a hard choice for coach Anna Oliver  and Manager Peggy Bridger with the whole team receiving Player of the day.

Saturday 15th June the team played Bayfield High School Senior Gold with another convincing win of 27-17, player of the day was Sarah Hay.

HOCKEY

1st XI

11th June vs Taieri 1st XI, a strong team who ended up winning 6-0.  Player of the day was Sam Lunam.  Thanks to Peggy Bridger for driving the van.

18th June the team played JMC Blue, with JMC Blue winning 3-0, players of the day were Emilee Hagan and Hannah Paton.  Thanks to Chris O'Reilly for driving the van.

Year 7/8's

7th June vs South Otago Blue, coach Kate O'Connell reported a great game with the team really coming together and working well with their team work and passing, they won the game 9-0, player of the day went to Cassidy Bridger.  Thanks to Carla Sharpe for driving the van.

14th June vs Tahuna Turbo's, another great game with the team winning 8-1.  Player of the day Lilly Kemp.  Thanks to Jodie Kemp for driving the van.

RUGBY - GIRLS

5th June the girls played their first game of 10's rugby against a very strong St Kevin's team at Maheno unfortunately going down to them 62-10.  Player of the day was Kate McLelland.  Thanks to Linda Duncan for driving the van.

RUGBY - BOYS

Brodie Thom is playing in the combined Kaikorai Valley/Kavanagh College team, results as follows.

8th June vs OB U14 White played in Dunedin, OB's won 22-62.

15th June vs OB U14 Red played in Dunedin, OB's won 24-29.

Blake Cameron, Oscar Weston and Tamati Sagar are playing for the Kaikorai Valley U16 team, results as follows.

8th June vs Dunstan High School in Alexandra, Dunstan High School won 12-57.

15th June vs Kavanagh Colts in Dunedin, Colts won 20-48.

BASKETBALL

7th June the boys basketball team played the OBHS Hairballs going down 57-34.  Thanks to Mr Johnson for driving the van.

14th June vs King's Giants, a very strong team which resulted in a loss to the EOHS Boys, score unavailable at time of printing.  Player of the day was Sam Lunam.  Thanks to Mr Johnson for driving the van.
