Be kind in thoughts and actions!

When I was trying to find time to write this small message for the newsletter I was abruptly reminded about the business of this time of the year. 

All the internals and assignments are piling up and for our Year 13 cohort the idea of tertiary applications is at the front of our minds. But just because we are busy doesn’t mean our respect and kindness should be sacrificed. 

The biggest test of a student's perseverance and integrity is staying calm and kind under pressure. But even more so, this hectic time is when we should support each other most. We need to be considerate and make sure that our words are spoken to build each other up and inspire one another to do our best. 

 So as we near the deadlines of each of our assignments, I ask you to keep trying your best and being the best you that you can be.

Perseverance is not one long race; it is many short races, one after another. Keep going.
