On Wednesday the 3rd of July, 6pm in the EOHS staff room.

Ever wondered what is going on in the school. How they make their decisions. What are the internal policies and procedures they use and why? Are you confused about NCEA? Do you find the current level and type of reporting adequate or fit for purpose? Do you want an opportunity to discuss these things and give your perspective as a parent or a community member. 

In the interests of being transparent, welcoming and reflective in what we are trying to achieve as a community school we invite you to come in and discuss these topics in a relaxed setting.

On Wednesday the 3rd of July we will run our first hui with the topic being "How do we manage behaviour?' We will look at the structure of the behaviour management team.  Restorative practices and the introduction of this at EOHS.
What are the legal obligations of schools when it comes to stand down, suspensions and exclusions.

We will be putting on some light refreshments so please inform the office of your attendance.
