Last week we had our annual winter sports assembly to celebrate all the children who participated in a Netball, Miniball, Hockey and Triathlon over the winter season. It was fabulous to see how many children participated in sports at East Taieri School. Firstly I would like to say a huge thank you to all our coaches, managers, parent helpers and supporters who helped so many children have such a successful winter sports season. We would not have been able to do this with out you. All teams from Yr 3-6 named a Most Improved Player and a Most Valuable Player. It was evident from the coaches that teamwork and sportsmanship were at the top of the priority list when they were choosing their most valuable player! A huge congratulations to our award winners and a huge congratulations to all the children for their participation. Please see the list of award recipients  below.
