Jack made his way up to Auckland to race in the City of Sails, in Vortex Mini Rok (10 – 14 year olds). He did amazingly well, coming in 10th in the final out of 30 drivers. The following weekend racing was held in Hamilton with the same drivers attending. With a bit of rain, Jack moved to 5th place, which resulted in him coming 8th overall.

Jack was lucky enough to be pitted with his team mate, Marcus Armstrong and got to meet Liam Lawson, two Formula 2 drivers who came to do some Go Karting (pictured).

It was a great experience, and huge learning curve with fantastic results.
