Property Update from Board of Trustees

Carpark and fencing: New fencing has recently been installed around the outside of what will become additional carparks adjacent to the main carpark/drop off area. We are awaiting design options from a traffic management consultant and once we have a preferred option, we will undertake the work required to implement this. In the meantime, please feel free to park in the gravel area when the main park is full.

Bike Track: With support from Bikes in Schools, the design of the bike track has been completed. The designs have been passed on to Andrew Hollands who will be completing the construction work. There is still some research to be done into the quantities and best type of materials to be used. Andrew is hoping to source some clay from an upcoming excavation.

Boundary Fence: In conjunction with the business owner who shares the school boundary behind the orchard, work is going to be undertaken to tidy up this area and replace the fence. A small area of the orchard will be off limits while this work is undertaken.

Middle Block Upgrade: We are waiting for the final plans for the Middle Block Upgrade, but as with all building projects at present, the process is taking longer than anticipated.
