WRITING FROM BELLA BROUGH AND MILLY QUELCH - ROOM 12

Jennifer Horgan —

Bella and Milly have been inspired by our new vision.

INSPIRE

I get inspired by the seniors. I want to be like them when I'm older. I want to do Road patrol when I'm older - just like them. I want to draw like them when I'm older. I want to go to the Museum sleepover when I'm older. I can inspire others in my classroom.

EMPOWER

Empower means 'Don't give up.' Don't give up means if you are bored and you want to stop, just keep going. Try your best. Just do what you think. This is our song that we sang at our Empower assembly. It's about not giving up. Here we go. " I won't give up, no I won't give in, til I reach the end, then I'll start again." That's only the start of the song. I can't write all of it.

CARE

Care means you be nice to other people. You love them. I care about my classmates. I care about everyone I know. I help other people when they are sad or hurt. My family is kind to me. If they're sad I try to cheer them up. I love my family.

INSPIRE

I get inspired by the big kids. When I get older I want to be like them. I can inspire others in my classroom. Next year my brother will be a senior.

EMPOWER

Empower is about not giving up and trying your best and helping others. I keep trying until I get it right. My friends help me. I will keep on making mistakes, but I will learn from them every day.

CARE

I care about my classmates. I care about the school. I help people when they're hurt or sad. My mum is kind like me, so is my brother. Everyone I know is kind like me. Our family is very kind. I like my family.
