Futsal
Game is at 4.30pm on Wednesday on court 12, zone 3 vs Columba College . Good luck.
It was great to receive the following report from our Futsal team, keep up the great work team.
The team is doing really well and have won the last 2 games. All the players appear to be really enjoying it and having fun. It's fantastic to see all of them being enthusiastic and keen to get stuck in and participate, especially the girls. They all play well as a team and are positive and respectful and it's been a pleasure to help them out these past few weeks. They're already showing signs of improvement and I'm sure their enthusiasm will continue to the end of term. They all represent the school very well.
Many thanks to Ian Johnston for helping out the team each week.

ET Dolphins 13 - Andy Bay 3
This weeks draw saw us playing the same team we faced last week. This week we won by a larger margin and scored more goals overall. The whole team stepped up by working together.
Jude scored our first goal very quickly, with Carter following with multiple goals in quick succession.
Lucy worked tirelessly on defence, getting the ball out to her team mates.
Lani and Regan put pressure on their opponents and their game plan.
In the second half, Max, George, Vanessa and Fergus attacked, scoring multiple goals.
Lani and Max each played goalie and saved many goals from being scored against us.
Player of the day
Lani
The East Taieri Sharks had 3 games over the weekend and with a number of players unavailable, those that remained stepped up brilliantly. The first game on Saturday was against North East Valley which we won comfortably 5 to 2 with our player of the day scoring his first goal in this sport and that was Felix T. Sunday saw us face 2 games in a row with the first against Maori Hill which was very close at half time however we started getting some great shots at goal in and ended up winning comfortably 8 to 1. Our defence was outstanding and our midfield was far too strong for them with our player of the day Angus R. The second game was against Elmgrove which is a school with a pool, this gave them a huge advantage being able to practice in the pool and they are a well organised side. This was probably the best game of the season to watch and finishing in a 3 all draw showed the tenacity the players showed to try and win this game. Player of the day was so hard to pick as everyone tried their very best however we chose Corby B who fought hard on attack against a very good defensive team.
