We are getting very excited about our upcoming Country Fair that will combine with the traditional Pets on Parade in just 6 weeks’ time. There will be fun and activities for all ages, so mark your calendars and invite your family and friends. We are working hard to prepare everything and are looking forward to everyone getting behind this school event to ensure another very successful school fair!

It is essential to the success of the fair that we have as many items as possible for the chocolate wheel, white elephant stall and plants stals. We rely solely on donations of these items from our school families and the local community and are asking for your help. We will be collecting items in the classrooms over the next 4 weeks. There will be a school-wide competition, where the class who brings in the most items by 9:30 each Friday morning, wins a delicious prize at the end of that week! Please see the table below and keep an eye out in the weekly school newsletter for more details. At our last fair these stalls raised $6469 so they are well worth the effort. Please help us by contributing whatever you can.

Once again, each class will run their own stall or activity, and if we get a great response, we will be able to roster people on a stall for just a short period of time so you can all enjoy the day with your family. We respectfully ask for your help. We are in need of a minimum of 60 helpers on fair day excluding class-run stalls. There will be over 15 stalls. Please indicate on the list below the activity you or your family can assist with and return it to your child’s teacher by Wednesday 25th October.
