Heaps of Fabulous Prizes!

Due to the postponement of the school fair (until 2022) our major fundraiser for 2021 will be a Christmas raffle. The Taieri Blokes Shed have once again made us a fantastic Wendy House that is currently outside Mrs Horgan’s office. Several families and local businesses have very generously donated some fantastic prizes that will appeal to all. We are very grateful for their support.

Each family will be given three raffle cards of three different colours. Each card has 10 prizes per draw. For example the Pink card where 1st prize is the Wendy House, 2nd prize is a $250 Willow and Silk voucher, 3rd prize is $200 Luna meal voucher and this continues to a 10th prize. 

 A raffle card will consist of 10 tickets per card. This list of prizes will be on the reverse side of the card. Tickets are $2 each. We would encourage each family to try and sell the three cards before returning them to the school office with the money attached. There will be extra raffle cards that can be collected from the school office once the three initial cards are sold if families are able to sell more.

Each family that sells three completed cards will go into the draw to win a $50 Mitre 10 voucher. Any additional cards sold will be an extra entry into that draw. The family that sells the most raffle cards will win a $100 paper plus voucher.

Our aim is to send the raffle cards home with the eldest child on Friday 29th October. We would ask that cards are sold and returned to school before Friday 26th November. The raffles will be drawn on Friday 3rd December.

We really do appreciate all the support our families give us when we present fundraising opportunities. Being at level 2 we will not get the opportunity to sell our raffle tickets at the local supermarkets (where our raffles are always very well supported) so we do require the help of our school families in selling these cards. The money raised will go towards new outdoor playground equipment.
