Kia Kaha te Reo Māori. Let’s make the Māori language strong.

Last wiki East Taieri Kura celebrated Te Wiki O Te Reo Māori (Māori Language Week).  Tamariki enjoyed a range of fun activities such as weaving, baking rewana bread, playing te ao kori games, titi torea, and Māori language games.  It was tumeke to see lots of te reo and tikanga being used throughout the kura.
