There have been great activities going on across the school to celebrate the Māori New Year- Matariki: Te Tau Hou Māori Matariki. Teams enjoyed a shared breakfast on Friday, remembering that Matariki is a time to gather with family and friends to reflect on the past, celebrate the present, and plan for the future. 

Welcome to Rachel Davis and Jacqueline Woods from the Education Review Office. Rachel and Jacqueline will be at school this week carrying out East Taieri's ERO review.

A reminder about the upcoming Paid Union Meeting for teachers on the afternoon of Thursday 28th June. Because all teachers will be attending, our normal afternoon  programme will be unable to continue. See more detailed information in this newsletter.
