Year 5/6 Game Report

A 4-1 loss for East Taieri against St Clair but a great game with an amazing effort from all the players.

Player of the day went to Alex for his excellent defense throughout the game.

ET penguins 6-5 vs Fairfield
ET penguins played a nail-biter vs Fairfield in the first of their 2 games on Sunday. The whole team worked together really well to achieve this win.
Fergus got a great goal, attacking up front. Max dominated on attack. Lachie made many saves at goalie, keeping us in the game.
Player of the day- Max

ET penguins 8-6 vs Abbotsford
George, Lachie & Max worked together up the front on attack, scoring many goals.
Fergus & Georgia guarded the goal well, putting pressure on. Regan did great work as goalie, getting a couple of well deserved saves.
Player of the day- Regan

The ET Sharks had two games this weekend. They lost 6-2 against St Clair but then took out an impressive win 3-2 against Abbotsford. There was lots of awesome play by everyone. Angus.W saved lots of goal attempts, with Lily showing some impressive defence skills and scoring a goal on the final whistle. There was some great work by the attacks Hugo, Olly, Corby, Kaiah and Taylor. Milly and Angus.R fought hard to get the ball out of the opposition's hands. 

 Players of the Day were Olly and Millie.

T Ball

East Taieri Tigers Red had another outstanding game with some big hits and great running however it was the superb fielding that earned Hamish V the player of the day.

Sports Equipment for School

If you have any unused sports equipment that is still in good condition at your place, we would love to have some more for our lunchtime use. Tennis Rackets are a popular choice at the moment as are basketballs and tennis balls. If you would like to donate some unused gear to our sports shed lunchtime supply, we would love to hear from you. Please let Jolene Casey know or bring it into school to see if it is suitable.
