PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
‘E ako ana, ā, e tipu tahi ana tātou’ - Learning and growing together.
Kia ora Koutou
It was a real treat to be in the Octagon on Saturday night to hear the East Taieri Choir perform a fabulous Christmas medley. A big thank you to Mrs Tay for organising this great opportunity for our choir to showcase their talents. (See thank you note below from Events Coordinator DCC.)
Thanks to the Fairfield Senior Drama group who performed a Christmas play for the school last Friday.
It was lovely to finish the week with a school assembly in the East Taieri Church. Thanks again to the Church team for letting us use this amazing space.
CHRISTMAS CARD POSTBOX
Our Christmas card postbox is in the office foyer for children to post cards to friends throughout the school. Student Council members sort and distribute cards each day.
BOT MEETING
The last meeting of the Board of Trustees is being held tonight at 5.45pm in the school staffroom.
Enjoy the week ahead.

Kia ora Alison,
A huge thank you for the choir's performance on Saturday, it sounded fabulous.
You can tell that the children had been practicing really hard. You must be very proud of their efforts and their families looked thrilled.
I have to say it was my highlight in the show. If you can pass on my thanks to your team and to your pupils, I’d really appreciate it.
I hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Ngā mihi nui
