On Thursday the Year 6s enjoyed a sunny day at Tirohanga, honing their leadership skills in preparation for our whole school Tirohanga Day next term.    The children were in four groups and rotated around the activities - Confidence Course, Trust Games, High Walls and Initiative Activities.   It was a day of bonding, encouragement, challenge and firsts for everyone.  They are looking forward to being our wonderful leaders.  Thank you to our parent helpers.  

I really enjoyed the confidence course because I was able to do it independently.  Shae

I was really proud of myself because I learnt to slide down the wire off the first piece of equipment.  Emily
